Turnkey means the client signs one contract. DNB engages the consultants, secures approvals, builds the structure, installs the services, finishes the interiors and hands over a building ready to occupy. Design risk and construction risk sit with us, not split across parties who can point at each other.
The commercial benefit is a fixed price earlier in the process and a shorter overall programme, because design and procurement overlap instead of running in sequence.
