DNB provides architectural, structural and MEP design for buildings we construct and for clients who only need the design. Every scheme is checked against Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence and DEWA requirements before submission, and value-engineered against real supplier prices.
For clients with an existing consultant, we offer design review and constructability input at an early stage.
