MEP is roughly a third of a building’s cost and most of its operating problems. Keeping it in-house means coordination with structure and finishes happens on our drawings, not on site, and commissioning is done by the people who installed the systems.
We hold DEWA and Civil Defence approvals for electrical and fire works and maintain service contracts for buildings we have delivered.
