DNB Construction was founded in Dubai in 2006 as a general contractor and construction manager. Our early work was labour accommodation and warehousing, the kind of projects where programme discipline matters more than anything else. That discipline is still the core of how we operate.
Today DNB holds a G+12 contractor classification and delivers residential buildings, office and commercial developments, private mansions and industrial facilities. Design, fit-out and electromechanical works sit in-house, so the client deals with one team and one programme.
Delivering a quality building on time and within budget is the standard behind every project we have completed. It is why clients return, and why DNB continues to take on larger and more complex work.

No programme is worth an injury. Every site runs a daily briefing and a zero-tolerance PPE policy.
